Our Company

Established in 2003, PS Seiko has grown and excelled as a professional solution provider in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial fasteners and assembly components.

We began our first component manufacturing operation in China, Suzhou and in 2010, we setup our precision manufacturing plant in Singapore and expanded our customer network into the HDD Industry.

Over the years, PS Seiko has become a preferred partner for various leading Multi-National Corporations in the Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Data Storage and Telecommunication industries.

PS Seiko will continue to strive & aim to be innovative in revolutionizing our products and machines’ capabilities according to customer’s needs and also, to keep up with technological advanced industries.

2003

  • Establishment of PS Seiko Pte Ltd.
  • Manufacturing and Distribution of Industrial Fasteners and Assembly Components.
  • Successfully Attained “Approved Vendor” status by Hewlett Packard (HP).

 

2004

  • The First Manufacturing Facility established in Shenzhen, China.
  • Achieved ISO 9001:2000 Certification (Singapore -HQ). (Renewed)
  • Expanded our Customer Base to Venture Technocom, Flextronics, Fuyu Corporation, Chosen & Metal Component.

2005

  • Achieved ISO 14000:2001 Certificate (Singapore – HQ). (Renewed)
  • Successful integration of turn-parts business.
  • Attained “Approved Vendor” status by Thomson, and also customer from 2 Wire, Cal-Comp & Jabil.

2006

  • Expanded Manufacturing base to Suzhou Industrial Park, China.
  • Achieved sustainable growth rate of 30-40% over past 3 fiscal years.
  • Secured Fuji Xerox & OCE into our customer base.

2007

  • Attained ISO 9001:2008 Certification.
  • Achieved record revenue of SGD 22 million in FY07.
  • Gained “Approved Vendor” status by Samsung in supporting HP Printer Business.

 

2008

  • Achieved record revenue of SGD 25 million in FY08.
  • Awarded “Best Supplier For The Year” by Furukawa Avc (Suzhou).

2009

  • Attained “Approved Vendor” status by Foxconn, Panasonic & XM Radio.
  • Attained ISO 14001:2004 Certification.
  • Achieved record revenue of SGD 30 million in FY09.

 

2010

  • Awarded “Best International Supplier” by New Kinpo Group (NKG).
  • Singapore plant (Machining Facilities) Set up for Western Digital Corp and expanded our customer network into the HDD Industry.

2011 

  • Gained “AVL” status by Western Digital.
  • Supplying Disk Clamps & Spacers for Hard Disk Drives ODM/OEM.

2014

  • Attained Business Continuity Management System ISO 22301:2012 Certificate. (SAC & UKAS)
  • Apply to the Manufacture of metal precision components and the manufacture, trading and distribution of fasteners.

2018

  • Business Continuity Management System. (ISO 22301:2012 BCMS 621804)
  • BizSafe Level Star Attained.

2019

  • Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015 FM 565145)
  • Environmental Management System. (ISO 14001:2015 EMS 565149)

2020

  • Manufacture of metal fasteners including screw, nuts and washers. (ISO 9001:2015)
  • Occupational Health & Safety Management System. (ISO 45001:2018 OHS 693573)
